How to clean the quartz glass tube?

1. The entire process of cleaning the quartz tube should be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant process standards of the diffusion process.
2. The cleaning staff needs to wear protective glasses and acid-proof gloves, and then put the spare quartz tube into the tank near the inside of the quartz tube cleaning machine, with the nozzle facing the texturing room and the tail pointing toward the direction of the diffusion furnace. Pull down the protective door, set the acid tank cleaning time to 30 minutes, and press the "Acid Tank Start" button on the control panel.
3. After draining the water in the sink, flush the inner and outer walls of the quartz tube with a water gun for about 5 minutes. When flushing, you should be careful and not to leave unwashed areas. Then pull the water gun to the nozzle of the quartz tube and flush the inner wall of the tube from the nozzle to the end of the tube. The cleaning staff put on protective glasses and gloves, took the quartz tube out of the acid tank, and gently put it into the sink. Do not press the "sink start" button when flushing the inner wall of the quartz tube. If it has already been pressed, press the "sink end" button again. After 2 minutes, rotate the quartz tube by 180°, and flush it in the same way for 2 minutes.
4. Pour pure water into the water tank, and the water level shall be subject to the middle vent pipe that can pass through the tail of the quartz tube. Pull down the protective door, then set the tank cleaning time to 30 minutes, and press the "sink start" button.
5. Repeat cleaning again.
6. Scour the inner wall. Then, follow the above method to flush the inner/outer wall of the quartz tube with a water gun. The cleaning time in this step should be no less than 15 minutes, and no granular phosphide residues on the inner and outer walls of the tube is a sign of cleanliness. After about 5 minutes, flush the four small air pipes at the end of the tube with a water gun, which are also the inner wall of the tube. After flushing for 2 minutes, continue flushing from the direction of the nozzle. After the sink is over, empty the water in the sink.
7. After cleaning, put the quartz tube in the designated position of the purification room, and put a special foam under it.
